BOROUGH COUNCIL. WAIMATE BOROUGH COUNCIL. BATE NOTICE. NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with Clause 60 of "The Bating Act, 1894,” that Ten per Cent. Penalty will be charged on all Bates remaining Unpaid after February 20th, 1905, and immediately legal proceedings will be taken for their recovery. GEO. H. PARSONS, Town'Clerk.
