The 'Diocesan Synod conoluded its sessions in Christchurch on Tuesday. A motion was carried, requesting the Bishop to communicate with churchman in New Zealand and Australia to see if arrangements oould be made for a , ohurch Congress to be held in Christchurch at a convenient date. This results of the inquiries are to ba cQcnmumcated to the Synod at its l ne£t session. It was decided to form a Diocesan Synod Prayer Union.
