Laobur Troubles.
London, October 11. Of one hundred and twenty thousand miners in France one hundred thousand have struck, but all those at Monceau, Bulk and Anzin are still working. The yellow or non-union syndicate miners have issued a manifesto urging the men not to listen to their leaders, but to continue work. The yellow distributed twenty revolvers and a thousand cartridges to each section of the Anzin nonunionists, with orders that the weapons are to be exclu.-ively used to defend their homes.
