SCHOOL CHILDREN BREAKING INSULATORS.
TO THE EDITOK. Sib.—l would suggest that the Hon. Minister of Education and the Hon. Minister of Post and Telegraphs be approached for the following: That the telegraph linesmen in the execution of their duty be allowed with the consent of the schoolmaster or committee in anw school along theii route, to give a ahoit address to the 3rd. standard and upwards nhowing the working of the telegraph system and the result-of insulators being broken, etc.. I think, Sir, that such a course would be a wis* ono and apart from the educational influence would be far raore effective than the present method of ftn.e or uaprieonmeafc.—lam, etc , Wat. Bees.
