London, June 26. The Right Hon. Mr Seddon and party will visit Wales and Ireland. Mrs Seddon will christen the steamer Moeraki at Dumbarton on July Bth. June 27. Mr Seddon, referring to Sir M. Hioks-Beach’s speech on the third reading of the Finance Bill, de* dared that - his attitude in regard to preferential trade had destroyed the main interest in the Imperial Conference, supposing he represented the views of his Government.
