And to substitute a provision in lieu thereof for payment in respect of all such lands as aforesaid of an annual rate or charge for water supplied of six pence per acre upon all such lands as aforesaid within each Water Supply District within the County of Waimate. And also to repeal Section 6 of the said By-law No 1 providing for payment of the rates or charges thereunder on the First day of May in each year in manner there provided and to substitute therefor a provision that the rate or charge to be payable under the said proposed Bylaw, shall be payable in like manner and on the said Ist day of May in each year, but with a proviso that the first payment thereof shall be made on the 9th day of July, 1902. And I further give notice that the meeting at which it is proposed to confirm such resolution will be held on the 4th day of June, 1902, and that a copy of the said proposed special order and By-law is deposited at the office of the Waimate County Council at Waimate, and will be open for inspection to the public during office hours from this date until the day of the said meeting.
