STUDHOLME JUNCTION
(FRQJI C)Okhespon;uhnt.)
Quite a ' deat" Has just been coacluded at the. ilimotiin whereby Mr Gallagher representing Messrs Niromo and Blair, of Bunedin. has purchased 20,000 bushels of wheat from Mr William Quinn. The wheat is of very prime quality, and the price paid wis, I understand, -very remunerative to the grower, and Mr Gallagher is to bo congratulated on pulling off such a large deal, which is, I understand, the largest deal in wheat from the grower direct that has ever taken place in South Canterbury. What about Studholine now ?
I also notice that £1 shares in the Studholme Junction Saleyards Company were sold in Waimate on Saturday at £3 2s per share. We are progressing steadily onward, so much so that the Saleyards Company have decided to, start their sales at 11 a.m.. so at) to, enab/t the business to Jhe got through during the day.
