ARE YOU AT THE SEA ?
If you bathe, wait till you have been at least two days by the sad sea waves before having your first dip.
Let your first dip be that and nothing else. No diving, plunging, nor swimming; just a splash about for three minutes and out again. Never indulge in a dip on an empty ,ir full stomach, but just " between and betwixt.” An hour or so after breakfast is the best time.
If the eyes feel tired and dased from the glare of sun and sand, bathe them in laurel water made lukewarm.
