London, February 26. T<vo deaths from plague have occurred at Shanghai. Sydney, February 20. Next Wednesday is set apart as the day for a universal rat-hilling 'crusade. Every householder in the city and suburbs is requested to lay poison lor the plague-producing rodent. February 27. A hoy, a man and a froman are Buffering from plague. The boy has since died. Another death from plague has been recorded, and two more cases. Bbisbane, February 27. Two further cases of plague hare been reported to the authorities.
