The Rev. C. C. Oldham, formerly curate of St. Augustine's, Waimate, preached in that church on Sunday evening. He left by yesterday's ■express. Mr Alex. Donald and Maiter A. Symon returned on Saturday from a trip to the!Old Country. Both are looking very well. Mr Donald was much struck with the changes that have taken place in Scotland during his nineteen years' absence.
