I see by the papers that tho Liquor Dealers' Association is preparing to assert and maintain its rights as a combination of business men oppressed by the injustice and wrong heaped upon them by an infamous excise board- Give ihg a little brandy, please." " We give nothing here, and brandy is 25 cents a pony." li As I waß saying, this is a free country, and liquor dealers have their rights as well as other hard labouring people. But thep won't get tuein unless they organise. They must beat the hell hounds who oppress them at any cost. 'I think I'll take a little whisky, please."
