Dunedin, December 3. ; A fresh order was made to-day for the dissolution ot the Ward Farmers’ Association, this oourse being necessary in "consequence of the Companies’ Act of last session, ■which, provided that "in ev6ry ■case where acompanyjs ordered to be woiir/d up hy the Court, the Official Assignees in Bankruptcy shall by force of the Act, and without tho ; necessity of any 'appointment or order, be the sole official liquidator ef such company. Thus it comes about that the" old order was no good. 'The Act also applies t'c : the Colonial Bank. Messrs’Vigors and Simpson are no longtir the liquid-, ators of the bank. , ■>
