Bowling.

A meeting of the committee of. the Bawling Ciub was held in the pavilion on Thursday, afternoon, p-esent—Messrs W.L. Scott (chair), O. Akhurat, H. Wilson, J. P. Smith and W. Evans. It was resolved to spend the forenoon of Monday playing off matches for trophies. The committee hope that every member will play off and bo complete the first round. The afternoon is to be devoted to a scratch match between sides chosen from the members on the green by the President and the Vice-President; Afternoon tea will be provided and the olub will be pleased to see all lady and gentleman friendg.
