Turner, of ilia Occuna, for £406 fUnngHß for assault and fa'Be imprisonment. Tho case will bo heard in no CourD in October. The hearing of tho charge agunat David Mathieson, engineer of the b.b Oceana, of firing a revolver at tho fisherman Spencer at the Bluff list week during a free fight on the wharf, was conclude 1 to-day, «c'used being committed for trial at the Supreme C «urt. B*il was s!lowed in accused's own surety of £2OO and two sureties of £IOO each.
