Judgment was given by Mr Justice Donnistou on Thursday in the appeal ease Bowron v. Stace, an appeal from "the Magistrate's decision, whereby £IOO damages was awarded to Stace Ifrtt- injuries sustained by reason of his jontorming to an order of a person piieed in superiority over hiin. Tha • appeal was dismissed. During the past three year 3 the AnieuUnral Department has filled ordwa for 80,000 eggs for poultry breeding purposes.
