John Mills pleaded guilty to committing the above offence on the loth, and was convicted and ordered tc pay Court costs, 7s. ' CHIMNEYS ON JIP.E. • Henry Middlefcon, licensee of the Royal Hotel, was charged with allowing his chimney to take fire on the 23rd inst., and v/a3 convicted 1 and fined 7s costs of Court. Samuel ttiuuoy pleaded guilty to ! a similar offence, and was also fined 7s, costs of Court. eP.OIJIBITfON OBDEB. -\ prohibition order was granted against a resident, Monday, .luly 29th. ('Before J.
