If it sees the necessity of, new licensing laws it admits the need of selling the produce for which the license is granted. Will it ever try its hand at iquor reform by becoming its vendor $ lb cannot prev. nt the people from satisfying thirst; bat it could srlpply them with the teast harmful form cl alcohol, and make it unnecessary for the r erson totaling it to transgte s the law by being his employer. As it is paternally adjusting other industries for the general benefit, might it not step in here?
