'if;;; Dube and Duchess afterwards viewed the Frieally Societies, and a Ltiiiisse and Afghans procession. An official dinner is being bold at Government House to-nighi. The city is brilliantly illuminated, the display being imposing. The enthusiasm is unbounded.
