MEEBOUfcNB, July 18. The Hon. E. Barton, in the H-uae, said he hoped that whrn the tariff was brought down it would be accompanied by interstate freetrade. Owing to the strong protest of the shipping companies against certain clauses in the Interstate Bill, seeking to interfere with the rates of freight, Sir W. Lyne will probably either excise or modify the clauses objected to.
