A Railway Strike.
Perth, July 8. All the railway men except th e drivers and firemen are on strike. The clerks and officials are running the passenger trains. All goods iraffic is at a stands'ill. The men assert that they will no re-uma work until the permanent way man receive an advance of Is a day. The Premier and Minister of Works o-inferred with the railway workers executive last night, bub nothing definite resulted, and they meet again bo-day;
