Tuesday, 25th June. Eoyal Residence : Royal escort, to be in attendance at 9 a.m., to escort Eoyal Party to Christchurch Railway Station. No 7. PERMANENT GUARD ROYAL RESIDENCE.
This will consist of 1 officer, 2 sergeants arid 20 rank and file. Written instructions will be furnished Guards will be relieved daily at 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. The first guard, which will be furnished frpm the 2nd North Canterbury I. Battalion, to be mounted by 12 80 p.m. on Saturday, 22nd June. Subsequent guards to be furnished by South Canterbury I. Battalion, excepting the guard which mounts at spm on Monday, 24th June (and which will remain on duty until 10.30 a m. on Tuesday), which will be furnished from Ist North Canterbury I. Battalion.
