0 ~ April 22. .. 'The matn'iers of the Federal Contingenfc are no'.v all in camp. A lot of work is being put in. Tho uniforms are not yet to hand, bat are expscted by Thursday, and, if possiole, Major Smith intends to arrange a parade prior to the departure of the Contingent for Melbourne on Friday.
