A teatr> fi;om Waimate journed to Oamaru;„on Saturday, and, contrary to exp ecta|ion, defeated the Oamaru Club by 152 Studholmp fine innings of 60 (notfout), wtyle Bradshaw (20) and Park (14) also batted very well. Fisher, with 6 wickets for 36, bowled in v ry good form, and the Waimate fielding was exceptionally good.
