The tennis tournament, which was postponed from last Thursday _vyeels, takes place this afternoon. The follo wing is the-result of the drawing for partners and handicaps Mrs McLean apd Mathias, pwe, 3 ; Miss Manchester and Pitcaithly, scr.; Mrs Pitcaithly and Hamilton, rec., 3 ; Miss M*Fattorson and Akhurst, rec., 3 ; Mrs Hertslet and Gourley, rec., 5; Mrs Akhurst and Perry, rec.,.6; Miss G. Turner and Twomey, rec., 7 1 Mrs JDailey and Laiug, rec., .8 ; Miss M. franklin and G-utln je. voc., 12 ; Miss Mayes and A-. M 10-'h ster, rec., 14. The conditions are games to be tvven yli ve up, Hack pair plays every other pair, and the highest aggregate wins the trophy. As the games will be very numerous, play will begin at two o’clock sharp* Afternoon tea will be provided, and a very pleasant outing should result. 1 •. '
