The Coningham Divorce Case.
Sydney, M arch .11. The second hearing of the suit by which Arthur Goninghan seeks divorce from his wife on the ground of htr .adultery with the Rev. Dr, O’Harui was opened to day. March 12 The cross examination of Goning'nam lasted the greater part of the day.
At the conclusion of the examination and in answer to Mr Want’s statement that he would show the Judge and jury that the whole ease was conspiracy, the petitioner said that letters alleged to have passed between him and the respondent since the last trial, and which had been put in as evidence, had been forgeries, and he would prove forgery, perjury, seduction, and very nearly murder. The petitioner called the respondent, whose exarninaiiun was not finished whoa the Court adjourned.
