In the evening an ordination sorvico was hold, tho candidates boiug the Rovs. W. S. Fiowie, \V. W. Burton and Ilamimora Kings. The ordination charge was delivered by the President.
The Stationing Committee mot to prepare the second draft of stations. The following resolutions of the committee referring to the church building and loan fund were carried: Tint it ie not desirable to divide the church building nnd lor.ii fund or abolish the central committee by which the same is managed. That tiny change in the location of the committee is unnecessary and undesirable. The Rev. Morley then presented the report and balance-sheet of the church building and loan fund, both of which were adopted. Regarding the rules and regulations of the church building and loan fund, the following alteration was vinade : That the superintendent ministers should be instructed to urge the trustees to contribute to the fund in proportion to the number of the congregation. The Rev. W. J. Williams, of Auckland, and Mr W. Shepherd Allen, of the Thames, were appointed to represent the Conference at the British Wesley an Conference.
