The Waimate Rifles paraded last ing, thirty-six strong under Lieut. •Jackson. Surgeon-Captain Barclay was also on parade. The company were put through company drill and the manual anil firing exercises by the non earns. Tiie corps parade this afternoon at the range at 2,30. The match with She Timaru Port Guards that was to ta.ke ■place this afternoon has been postponed’ ■and a spoon mutch will be fired.
