London, January 23. The Hospital Commission's report exonerates the Army Modical Corps, and suggests that the corps should be increased, and recommends that an- expert committee should be sei up, with a view to suggesting improvements, including the undertaking of sanitary duties. The report adds that while there were- serious laches, no scandal was associated with the treatment of the sick and wounded, and there was no general or widespread neglect of the patients or inifiereaee to ibeir sufferings.
