The 120 head of Ini . cattle were mostly eowa and light weight heifers, only a dozen steers, and us good beef was so scarce a further riso took place. Good to prime, 23s to 27s per 1001b, and other sortß 19a to 22s 6d. Jie^t steers, £8 to £8 10s ; others M 17a 8d to £1 10a ; heifers £i 17s 6d to £1 7a sd ; best cows £1 to £2 23 6d ; and others, £1 12s 6d to £G 10s. Store Cattle.— A mixed yarding, and prices very firm for good sorts. i Three-year-old Bteexs, £& 12s 6d to i JES 5a ; 2-year do, £3 to £3 4s ; 3-year | heifere, M 12s 6d ; 18 uiontha cattle 412 I 1 3 ; yearlings, 30a to 33b 6d ; and dry cowe, £2 to £4 123 6d: dairy cows, good sott, £5 to £1 10 a. Fat sheep were a paixed entry, ewes being scarce, with gcod lines of wethers in and out of wool. Shorn sheep sold uruch botter than those in wool, the recent troubles in the follmongering tcade having reduced the pnee of skins. Heavy wethers, up to 25s 6d ; f reeaers, 20s to 23s 19s ; shorn wethers, 16s Id to 19s 7d ; butchers' ewes, 18s lid to 24a Sd ; shorn, do, 14s Gd to 18s lid ; merino wothera, ' 18s 4d to 203 2d, and ewes, 16a 4d to 17s 9d. The few store sheep were all hoggets or ewe 3 and lambs, and met with a very good sale. Hoggets, 183 to 16s 9d ; ewes la:ubs, all counted, 10a to lla. Pigs of ajl sorts were well represented, and had good sales. Bacotiera, 80s to 88s, equal to 3d to BJd per lb ; porkers, 29a to 81a 6d, epual to 3£d to 4d ; stores, 12s tp 21a ; suckers and. weaners, Ss.to 12s.
