NOTICE OF MAKING BY LAW.
"pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of the Waimate BorongTi Council will be held on WEDNESDAY, ihe 26th day of SEPTEMBER, 1900, at the Waimate Borough Council Chambers, at 7 30 p.itk, to confirm n resolution passed and adopted afr a Special Meeting of thp said Council held on the 27th day of AUGUST, 1900, to make a By-law for the Borough of Waimate, under the provisions of the'- Municipal Corporations Act, 1886," tocomo intofoice on the 9th day of OCTOBER, 1900, i the objectsor purport wheroof -are as follows :—: — To repeal By-law No. XTV of the Borough of Waimate, dated the 14th M\Y, 1383. To dofine divibions of the Boi'Oikp, i to be called tho ''inner area " and " outef area," respectively. A copy of the said proposed By-law is deposited at the said Borough Council Chambers, and shall be OPEN for INSPECTION of the Public during office hours from the date hore of until the* day of holding the said meeting.
