The Premier has wired to Sir John Forrest pointing out that inconvenience will be caused other colonies if Westraiia's proposal for delay in taking the referendum till August 7, be carried out. He also cableß Mr Deakin urging him to suggest that delay in taking the referendum in Westralia should not induce the Imperial Parliament to postpone the massing of the Commonwealth Bill.
