The sendtr of a legisteied aiticle may obtain an acknowledgement of its due receipt by the addressee on payment, at the time of - posting of the article, of an " acknowledgment fee" of twopence halfpenny, in addition to the ordinary registiationfee. Any letter, letter card, post card, book, or other packet, newspaper, or inland. paicel will be accepted for legistration.
