Donald Reid and Co. report that prices i tiled as under at then- auction sale to-day : — Oats. — We submitted a catalogue of medium to best feed. The attendance was large, but buyers were not disposed to operate freely, and bidding throughout was slack. We quote prime milling, Is 8d to Is 9Ad ; good to best feed, Is 7d to ►Is 7scl ; medium, Is 6d to Is 7i per bußhel (sacks extra*. Wheat. — We offered a few lots of fowl wheat, which were quitted at quotations Millers operations are at present somewhat lestricted and prime not so readily taken. We quote : Primt milling, 2s 5d to 2s 6d ; medium, 2s Id to 2s 4d ; whole fowl wheat, Is lOd to 2s ; bioken, etc., Is 9d to Is lOd per bushel (sacks in). Potatoes.— Consignments are arriving moie freely, and piiccs are a shade lower. We quote best Derwents, £2 5s to £2 7s 6d ; others, £2 4s to £2 23 6d per ton (saoks in). Cbaif.— Prime oaten sheaf is in fair demand, and light samples are not in rpquest. We quote : Prime oaten sheaf, £2 12s Gd to £2 15s ; extra hea\ y to £2 17s 6d ; medium to good, £2 5s to £2 10s der ton (bags extra).
