Mr Witheford, the newly-elected member 'f or Auckland, has fdrwarded the following circular to all members of Parliament' for the North Island constituences : — With a view of promoting the development and prosperity of the North Island, I venture most earnestly' to ask the co operation of my colleagues, ! especially the members of the ISlorth Island, in regard to the following matters : 1.
