JJATB FEH LETTERS. Lats fee letters must bear in addition to the ordinary postage, Id for inland letters. 2d for letters for Australia and the South Sea, Islands. Twopence halfpenny for all other places. Id for letter cards or post cards however addresaed. Such letters may be posted in the guard's v»n up to the time ot departure of ■■the train.
