His Worship the Mayor has received -the .following telegram from Dr Mason, in answer to an inquiry about poison :—": — " Re your telegram as to poison. The -proportions are two .parts white arsenic, one part pollard. Colour with lamp black and scent with oil of rhodium. Hope to see you in a day or two and have a talk over proposed circular. Will wice you when coming."
