REGISTRATION. The > fee for all places is 3d. The sender of a registered article may obtair a.n acknowledgement of its due receipt bj f.Ke addressee on payment, at the time oi •posting of the article, of an " acknowledgement fee" of twopence halfpenny, in addition to the ordinary regishationfee. Any letter, letter card, post card, boob, or other packet, newspaper, -or inland paicfl will be accepted for registration, Parcels for places beyond the colony cannot be registered.
