The sender of a registered article may obtain an acknowledgement of its due receipt by the addre^ee on payment, at the time of costing of the article, of an " acknowledgment fee" of twopence halfpenny, m Addition to the ordinary registration fee. Any letter letter card, post oard, boob, or other packet, newspaper, or inland paicel will be accepted for registration, i'aieels for places beyond the colony cannot be registered.
