The sendpr of a registered aiticle may obtain an acknowledgement of its due receipt by the aildre c Fee on payment, at the time of posting ot the aiticle, of an " acknowledgment tee" of twopence halfpenny, in addition to the ordinary i egistration fee. &ATE FEE LETTERS. Late fee letters must bear in addition to the ordinary postage, Id for inland letters. 2d for letters for Australia and the South Sea Islands.
