Any letter letter card, post caid, book, or other packet, newspaper, or inland , parcel will be accepted for legislation. Parcels for places beyond the colony cannot be registered. j
tATE FEE LFTTEBR. Late fee letters must bear in addition to the ordinary postage, Id for inland letters. ' 2d for letters for Australia and the
South Fea Islands. Twopence halfpenny for all other places. Id for letter cards or post cards however addressed. Such letters may be posted in the van lip to the time of departuie of ■ho train.
