Owing to the heavy sea aline had tqbe passed aboard ths Perthshire by iuea[ns' of, a rocket. reached. Captßin Spinks was waimly congratulated on all f-ides on his long and successful towing feat. Captain Spinks kept fo the track marked out by him at Wellington, the result showing the accuracy ot his judgment. A cabk' message from the owners of the Pathshire was awaiting Captain Spinks, cougiatulating him. He was also warmly congiatulated by the local shipping men upon his, luck and long feat, in the face of ad\er&e weathei. The Talune's paesengerb also presented him with add lasses.
