Maud Aa'cUgv was charged with trespassing on W.unono Estate on June I.3th. Accused had previously been fined for the -mine offence. K. C. ttt'.idhohne was called as the first witness. He deposed that accused was formerly a housekeeper in his mother's etnpiov. He hnd seen her frequently lately. Saw htr at Wal110110 on June loth. M. G. L Campbell deposed to seeing accused ou the Estate on the 15th mst. H.ul told hfr hha had no business there and she went off. She returned, hcnve\er, and asked him to tell Carlisle Studholiue she wished to see him. Maud Avdlev, defendant, admitted the olf'-nce. She complained that the Stndholmes hid cnculated reposts about he.T which prevented her getting emplo.Mnent E. 0. Studholme, m crois-eXainining her, dented these stateme its. This was all the e\idence. The J3anch considered the ch.irge proved and inflicted a fine of 5s with 7s costs.
