Colk-tt was granted a wholesale licenae for for the building at the corner of High and Shearman streets. The committee agreed to the transfer of the Makikihi Hotel licence from E. Cosgrave to J. T. Bourne* Sergfc. O'Gmdy watted ou the committee to prove that J. Pickersgill, lioensee of the Georgetown Hotel, was not a fit person to have charge of an hotel. He brought witnesses to prove his charges, and the committee decided that the licensee could have three months in which to find another tenant for the hotel or else hia license would be cancelled. The Court then rose.
