ALLOWING CATTLE TO WANDER. Joseph Maberly was charged by the Borough ranger with allowing two cows to wander in Manse Btrefet on the 7th insfc. No appearance of defendant. Jos. Williams, swoin, said the defendant kept cattle, which were continually on the street, and on this e\emng he found and impounded them. Fined 6s and 7s costs. CIVIL CASES. Evans and Son v. Fiank Wills, claim JC4 3s. No appearance of defendant. Mr Clement appeal od for plaintiff, iancl asked for an oider for the full amount or payment m instalments. The magistiate gave order to thns effect, or as an alternative 21 da-\s imprisonment, order to remain suspended so long as a weekly p.ivment of 10s were made, first payment 14th Mnich.
