CiTTL3. 179 head of fat cattle were yarded, mostly Rood to prime. The tiade was not opeiatmg freely *nd prices showed a decline of 10s to 15s per head. Extra fat sold cheaply; piime bullocks at £8 10s to £10, extta heavy £10 10s to £11 17s 6d, light weights £6 10 to £8, prime cows and heifers £5 10s to £6 15s>
SHEEP. 1498 fat sheep were penned, only a few really prime, *nd these sold well at about last week's rates. Others mffered a decline of Is to It 6d per head. In lambs be»t sold at 10a ' tid. to 13s Id, good 8s to 10s.
PIGS. •Suckers and small pigi sold well. Suckers *t'l4s 6d to 18b, slip* 20s to 21s 6d, stores 233 to 30s, porken 35s to 41j, baconers 44s to 455.
