CEEAM PUFFS. No. 1. Ingredients. — 4 eggs, 3ozs. butter, sozs, flour, 1 breakfast cup of boiling water. '• Mode.— Put the butter in an enamel saucepan, pour boiling water over it, when boiling stir in the flour with a wooden spoon until it leaves the sides of the pan, when cool, or nearly so, add eggs, one by one, unbeaten.
