Daiey FACTORY.-'-Mr H. Whyte, dairy expert, was in town on Thursday and With two of the shaieholdeis visited the factory and made a valuation of the present contents and the amount requir ed to put the factory in proper working order. It is probable that next spring Waimate will sport a dairy fac^ tory of its own.

Saroiis Concert. — At a meeting of the oom-i mittee re farewell to Mr H. E.
