She arrived at Bluff Harbor at (•Wen a.m. the «.ime day, left again at eight p.m., and reached Port Cl * at eight, a.m. ou (he 20th. Sailed a»ain lor Lyttolton, at six p.m., on the 23rd, arrived there the following day, at four p.m., and left for Wellington, at nine p.m. Anchored off the town, at four p.m., on the 25th, and put to sea again, at five p.m., on the 26th, arriving off Hokitika, at six p.m., on the 28th. She reports fresh westerly weather from Cape Farewell. The schooner Aurora sailed from Dunedin for the West Coast on the 22nd inst. The shipping intelligence contained in the Sydney papers which arrived yesterday, in the Claud Hamilton, is unimportant. Several largo vessels have lately reached Sydney from England, including the ships Christina and Nouriuahal, from London ; the ships Cospatrick and Buxtou Castle, from the Isle of Wight ; and tho ship Globe, from Liverpool. Melbourne telegrams published in the " Empire" announce the departure of tho brigautine Highlander, for Greymouth, on the 19th iust., and the arrival of the s.s. Gothenburg, from Hokitika, on the same day. The schooner Lady Darling arrived at Melbourne from tho West Coast on the 20th inst. News of the s.s. Kennedy's arrival at Greymouth on Saturday has been received by the agents hew, and also that tho p.s. Nelson left for the West Coast at noon on Saturday. She will call at this port. The Kennedy is expected to-day, and we see by advertisement will leave again for Nelson, via intermediate ports, to-morrow afternoon.
