RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

(Before G. Gh KtzGerald, Esq., R.M.) Monday, Decembee 16.

Peunk and Incapable. — Nicholas Smith and James Duffy were each fined 10s, with the alternative of four-and-twenty hours' imprisonment. Dbttnkenness. — John Hussey and Michael Bolger were each fined 10s, or to be imprisoned for twenty-four hours in* default of payment. A second charge of indecent exposure was preferred against Hussey, for which he was fined L 2, or in default of payment to be imprisoned for four days. Bolger was also charged with using profane language in a public place, and fined L 2, or in default four days' imprisonment. The Court was then adjourned to eleven o'clock next day.
