Otago, this day, at 5 p.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, India, China, and Cape of Good Hope, via Suez and Marseilles (specially addressed leLters only), on Thursday, tho 12th inst., at 5 p.m. Note. — Hereafter letters bearing a late fee of sixpence, in stamps, in addition to the postage, will bo received for despatch overand, each Monday and Thursday, until 10 p.m. A.
